Jonathan I. Poyer serves as Director of Case Management at The Grove Recovery, drawing on years of experience working directly with clients and leading programs in the behavioral health field. His career has given him firsthand insight into the structure, communication, and ongoing support that can help individuals move forward in recovery.
Since 2018, Jonathan has held positions ranging from House Manager and Behavioral Health Technician to Program Supervisor and Program Manager. Through these roles, he has supported individuals with substance use and mental health concerns while also gaining experience in program oversight and team leadership.
Jonathan is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC-II) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). In his role at The Grove Recovery, he helps oversee case management and works to ensure that clients receive organized, consistent support throughout treatment. Raised in Oahu, Hawai’i, Jonathan brings a strong appreciation for community and connection to his work with clients and treatment teams.
