Hassan (he/him) is a therapist deeply committed to supporting the communities he serves, and to providing thoughtful, individualized care to each client he works with. He meets clients where they are, helping guide them toward their goals with empathy and intention.
Hassan believes meaningful change occurs when individuals feel truly seen—especially in moments of conflict, in recovery, and when they are close to the version of themselves they aspire to be. He emphasizes that growth happens when both the “best” and “worst” parts of a person are acknowledged and accepted, creating space for validation, safety, healing, and self-compassion.
He provides therapy to individuals ages 13 and up, and is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of challenges, including BIPOC identity, interracial relationships and families, family conflict, life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, boundary-setting, and intimacy-related concerns.
Hassan utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in meaningful and lasting change.
